Only Mondays through Fridays are used for deliveries. We offer FREE Shipping on orders above £30.00

For orders below £30.00, We offer Standard Delivery Services priced at £3.49. 

The orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped out the same day, while orders submitted after 2:00 PM will be shipped out the following working day. 

Within two to three working days after dispatch, orders are delivered. 

For weekend orders, those ordered after 2 PM on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

Delivery Information and Liability

Delivery Process: Our aim is to provide a swift and reliable delivery service for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, provided by our trusted delivery partner, Royal Mail.

Delivery to Your Doorstep: In the event that the package does not fit through your letterbox and you are not available to receive it, Royal Mail may place it at your doorstep or a secure location. Details of this delivery will be noted in the tracking information.

Proof of Delivery: We consider an order as 'delivered' when we have proof of delivery from Royal Mail. Proof of delivery is established when the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered to the specified address.

Lost or Stolen Packages: While we sympathize with the inconvenience of a lost or stolen package, please understand that our responsibility for your order ends once Royal Mail has confirmed its delivery. If a package goes missing after being delivered, unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for the loss. We encourage you to contact Royal Mail to file a claim or report as they may have additional insights or recourse for you.

Preventative Measures: To reduce the risk of theft, we suggest:

  • Selecting a delivery address where someone can receive the package in person.
  • Using Royal Mail's 'Safeplace' option if you know you won't be at home to receive your items.
  • Monitoring the tracking information provided to estimate the delivery time.
