Only business days; Monday through Friday are used for deliveries. We offer FREE Shipping on orders above £35.00

For orders below £35.00, We offer various delivery options such as DPD Local (Next Business Day), Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail International Shipping (7-9 Business Days) and Free Shipping (when applicable).  

If you paid for next business day delivery, please note that the orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped out the same day, while orders submitted after 2:00 PM will be shipped out the following working day. 

Within two to three working days after dispatch, orders are delivered. 

For weekend orders, those ordered after 2 PM on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

Delivery Information and Liability

Customs & Clearance

It is your responsibility as the customer purchasing goods from our Site to ensure that the goods you are purchasing are permitted in your country and not prohibited. In the event that your order is detained by customs, refused clearance and must therefore be returned to us, it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping cost for the goods to be returned to us.

Once the goods are returned to us and a full inspection is carried out to check that the goods are in a satisfactory resalable condition, you have the option of either a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or re-delivery.

For all deliveries to locations outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied upon the delivery of such products to the specified address. You are solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control whatsoever in respect of any such additional import duties, taxes or charges levied and we cannot advise you what these may be. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

For all deliveries to locations outside the UK, you shall be deemed the importer and it shall be your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations of the country to which the order is delivered. We are, in no way, liable to you or any third parties for any breach by you of any such laws arising from or in connection with the purchase of the products and/or our delivery of your order to you.

Delivery Process: Our aim is to provide a swift and reliable delivery service for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, provided by our trusted delivery partners such Royal Mail and DPD.

Delivery to Your Doorstep: In the event that the package does not fit through your letterbox and you are not available to receive it, the courier may place it at your doorstep or a secure location. Details of this delivery will be noted in the tracking information.

Proof of Delivery: We consider an order as 'delivered' when we have proof of delivery from the courier. Proof of delivery is established when the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered to the specified address.

Lost or Stolen Packages: While we sympathize with the inconvenience of a lost or stolen package, please understand that our responsibility for your order ends once the courier has confirmed its delivery. If a package goes missing after being delivered, unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for the loss. We encourage you to contact the courier to file a claim or report as they may have additional insights or recourse for you.

Preventative Measures: To reduce the risk of theft, we suggest:

  • Selecting a delivery address where someone can receive the package in person.
  • Using courier 'Safeplace' option if you know you won't be at home to receive your items.
  • Monitoring the tracking information provided to estimate the delivery time.
